Ever since I started skateboarding in the early 90′s I have been a big fan of all kind of t-shirts, collected a few & worn out many. They symbolize happenings. They are like postcards you bring to keep up the spirit of certain times, are symbols for what you stand for. This upcoming documentary seems to put all the different aspects of the cult in a great frame, showing the diversity (of cultures) it is made of. More info on the Canal+ page.

Someone recently asked when I would put up a wishlist, so here we go. Since I am really a big fan of different t-shirts and besides some zippers, that is all that you’ll find in my closet, “Karmaloop” is always a good place to look. These tees by Dissizit, Dope Couture, Obey etc are my choice.

Since Caliroots got a whole new delivery of tees, I decided it’s t-shirt weather even though it’s snowing as hell outside! ;-) These are my favorites: The Rockwell “Holding On”, Stones Throw “All Caps” and the New Work “Aaron Young” tee.

It is following me the whole time. That’s not fair, because for $95 is this “Something Else by Natalie Wook” top a bit to expensive.
No, this is not about the far too cool Jay-Z song “Empire State of Mind” but about one of my favorite brands right now, Rockers-NYC. They come with some really cool new tees and hoodies. If you live in Germany, I feel sorry for you. I don’t know a shop where the brand is availiable. So if you want some of their stuff visit Monkeybizz, where you’ll find some other nice brands as well.

Since I’m working now I’m not the fastest on the news ;) So “T-Post” is not a news no more but a news worth. It’s nearly a month ago as I got an email that the leatest T-Shirt Magazine from “T-Post” is out. It’s a magazine with a shirt and it’s working as an abo. It’s coming out on every six weeks, so the new one is almost ready. I like the idea and vision of it.
I now it’s been a long time since I last posted something on the blog, but school keeps me really busy. This weekend it was time to get some new t-shirts so Saturdays mission was clear: Visit Tarek’s “Monkeybizz“. These are the tees I brought. Flying Coffin, Actual Pain, Mishka and Rockers NYC.

Swedish people know how to deal it! Whenever something is going on there is an event. We also had been at the “Mishka instore release at Monkey Bizz“. Philipp found this “Mishka” shirt in a bright colorway. It’s not black ;) and I think I need one of those pillows.
Yesterday we went to one of my favorite spots in Stockholm, Tarek’s “Monkey Bizz” and I found those really cool tees from Rockers and Mishka. As an old metal-head I definitely love the graphics! While those were on sale, the new fall collection is about to arrive today. Better grab some before it’s too late! Philipp
Special Sale at “Sneakers’N Stuff” on Södermalm in Stockholm. Of course I was able to find something as a t-shirt addict.
Swedish Caliroots invested in a whole bunch of fresh new tees. While I picked well known brands like Rocksmith, Alife, Wemoto and Fuct I also stumbled upon “Your Eyes Lie“. Bad taste is better than no taste! Hell yeah!
Yeah, I was reading a fancy web-mag for preparation when I stumbled upon this great shop, Threadless. Tons of cool t-shirt designs by designers like you and me for more than reasonable prices. Really love the concept. Anyone in on a “sammelbestellung”?
