Spektrum Festival Hamburg 21/07
It’s not often that we post events here, but this one sure is worth it. A lot of festivals and events have been based on the same concepts for decades: either mixed big names from different genres ending up as a mainstream festival or standard sub-genres with their own “small” headliners all forgetting that music has changed a lot during recent years. This is where Spektrum comes in. It’s not hip-hop, it’s not electronic, it’s not about a genre. It’s about the spectrum and I really look forward to spending my saturday there.

On the way up north
We just landed in Stockholm to catch a transfer flight further up north. It will be the first time for both of us to be that close to the polar circle. Can’t wait to see the nature and the great light. Of course I brought some great magazines while waiting for the connection flight. Love!!! Sweden is such a small country but they’ve got one of the best magazine infrastructures in the world.

Visor alert
I can’t imagine to do something better this second that to just hang around, surf the web and chill. While surfing I found this fancy Rodebjer visor at “Pixiemarket“. Since I posted the “Fleet Ilya visors” a couple of weeks ago I’m thinking to get one. What do you think? Do or don’t?

Daily basic’s
I got asked a couple of times about the make up that I’m using. For a regular daily basic I prefer it simple and easy. I love using the Lancome – Concealer as a soft base make up. It’s a concealer but I’m using it as a basic make up because they took my beloved Dior Airflash off the market :( The MAC nude pencil is a great eyeopener and give’s your eyes a nice fresh look.
I also love to give my eyebrowns a little edge. I had a transparent brow set before, but now I prefer the colored one. It’s pretty easy to use.
In the end I’m a little lipstick addict ;) I love to use it but in a really soft way. I have an orange colored skin. That’s the reason I am using colors with no blue color pigments. Great colors are Dior – Ocre Chic and Chanel- Levres Scinillantes. I figured one simple rule for me: Simple and easy ;) and I’m trying to invest in great products instead of buying tons of products that I don’t need.

Amsterdam Impressions
We lived pretty close to Amsterdam a few years ago. On the weekends we spent our sparetime so often on the seaside. It was great to visit our friend “Anna” in Amsterdam and just hang around. Luckily the weather turned into bright summer sunshine. We took the bikes to a place called Wijk ann Zee. It seemed like every single person in Holland had the same idea ;) It’s was nice anyway.
