Right from the beginning when I planed my shedule for Berlin, one date was marked red in my calender. It was the blogger-meeting. More than 180 bloggers signed up via facebook which was a really interessting number to me. I don’t see myself as a typical blogger because, let say: I’m not in the typical age range. ;) The reason why I wanted to visit the meeting was to see how active the german scene is and who the other bloggers are that I don’t know. After searching for the right place a while, as expected we entered a cafe packed with young people. We took a seat and I started to talked to the person next to me. He wasn’t a blogger and just wanted to read a magazine. This situation was a bit typical for the meeting, because whenever I talked to someone it wasn’t a blogger. ;) But I recognized some faces that I know like “microphoneheart“, “Vanrolt” and of course “rahelitasway“. It was great not to know so many people since that means it’s a really young and active scene in germany that is growing and growing. Blogging became a youth movement over the last years and it is great to see how young people are growing up with a technical knowledge with a sense for fashion. Of course some blogs are better then others, but the most importent thing is, that the scene is always developing itself building up a lobby of its own.
More pictures after the jump.
