Prinz Pi in Hamburg
Last thursday a friend of us from Berlin had a show at Knust here in Hamburg. For those of you who don’t know Prinz Pi formerly known as Prinz Porno, better check out his website. Reality Studio Berlin
I’m not that familiar with the german design scence. It’s nice to discover something on my own. A name that I heard before, but never saw in real life. When I was on a shopping round with Philipp there was this gorgeous jumper hanging in a store. I’m so obsessed with jumpers at the moment. Converse – Reeperbahnfestival
If you ask me, “Converse” is one of THE brands that always cut the edge with their campaigns! Straight on point, edgy, remarkable and always with the best artists and musicians.
Everyone of us knows the campain with M.I.A, Pharrell,….. The new stuff is nice aswell. Have a look at the video.
I think it has got something to do with their way of simplicity and how they understanding their brand and the surrounding of it. A good idea and good materials, that’s it. And that’s absolutely enough. That’s for shure is the reason why shoes like “Chucks” forever will be everybodys darling. I’m really a huge fan of the whole “Converse” thing. ;)
The Reeperbahn-Festival takes place this weekend in Hamburg about 10 meters away from our front-door. There will be this nice event on Spielbudenplatz that reminds me a bit of “La Boom”. Do you remember the scene where they dance with headphones on? On the “Stille Nacht” you’ll be getting headphones on and two DJs will battle on stage. In Sweden you find them in every shop, everywhere. The “Happy Socks“! The swedish socks are more like a religion. Of course you can wear them, cause they keep your feets warm and cosy. Favorite Make Up
Here is some make-up that I’m using for the shootings. First of all, yes I’m a “MAC” kid. I can spend hours with my friend at “MAC”. But I also use some other brands. I like to buy some more expensive stuff because the quality really is better. The most important thing are the color pigments. Cheap stuff has less pigments and therefore does not cover that good. For example, I also think it is better to buy one really good and more expensive lipstick rather than ten less priced. You use those products for a long time and than it is ok to pay a bit more.
Here are my favourite products.

Minimarket/Mini for Many AW 2010
“Minimarket” from Sweden are really famous for their gorgeous shoes. Super wedges in a playful and color-shocking way. My favorite ones since the Stockholm Fashion Week show in Feburary are the yellow Bibo the Birt shoes. I know, you think I’m crazy and you like the black ones more than the yellow ones. You know what? I like them all. ;) What I also I like is their way of colorblocking. For me, it works total fine. Cute and not that expensive little sister “Mini for Many” is also coming in a colorful way. Both top!
