This wishlist is more nice fabrics, pale colors and of course STYLE! “Pixiemarket” is a master of doing it really good. Always in a way not everybody is dressed. You get a little insight of what it could look like, with a hint of how you could wear it. I love the pale colors of the oversized blazer and the shorts. I would wear everything just the way it is in these pictures. Hands up for the stylist!
Stockholm based Our Legacy just released their new lookbook for the spring/summer-season 2011. They come in a “coke-like” eighties style that I really like. Some of the stuff might even end up in my closet. And by the way. If you think the guy with the beard…ehhhh…the bigger beard…looks familiar, you’re damn right. It’s Fredrik, our friend and Nikita-lover that we photographed right before we moved back to Hamburg.

“Anna” and I were at the “Monki Magazine Party“. But where was the party? Sometimes it matters more with who you are, instead where you are. ;) We had a good time anyway. But next time Monki, please give your guests something to drink like in Stockholm, ok!?
I’m so glad that I found a really good and secret spot for buying “Essie Nailpolish” in Hamburg. There was no way around. The orange-neon is my new favorite color. :) It looks crazy, bright and surreal. As a base, I’m using a white. that makes the color even more shiny and glowing. Not an everyday color but I like it. The name is: Fluorescent Mini Shorts Bright Neon Orange.

New York based Mishka just released their new lookbook these days and still it is one of my favorite brands for guys on the market right now. Combining great t-shirt designs with a full range of other products, they manage to keep up a really strong brand image. Why? They put the right priority in their photo- as well as graphical-profile and then combining it with the right collabos and content. Looking forward to get some of the new stuff!

Yes, I’m also swapping something at the “SKYY SWAP Market“. The event will be in Berlin on friday, the 27th. The best point is, it’s a charity event for the “Berliner Aidshilfe e.V“. The party collection is one of an important collections H&M every year. This year everything is really grown up and not as bling bling as last year which I like more. Perhaps it got something to do with the whole direction H&M is going this season. See the lastest interviews with Ann-Sofie Johansson Head of Design at H&M, Hannah Teare from Tatler Magazine and blogger Susie Bubble as well.
Here comes Isabelle a new face of ” ANC“. She looks different and got her own look! It was her second shoot ever and I think she did a really good job.

Since a while I’m following “Stolen Girlfriends Club” from New Zealand as a little stalker. I’m always waiting for updates. For me they represent the perfect combination between edgy, rough and well done products. In the new collections we see a lot of light layering, nude and pale colors. I love the blazer with the shoulder applications!
Part II of “Aylin“, a Newface at “ANC“. She is wearing this gorgeous dress “Whyred Dress“. Since living in Stockholm I’m more and more becoming a fan of “Whyred“. I love the typical swedish cuts and lovely materials.

So, our mini production-team of two persons and our car-sharing mobil were on a mission this weekend again. I’m really happy about the shooting with “Newface Aylin” from “ANC“. She is the first turkish model that I ever met.

A few weeks ago, on our way to the Schanze (an area in Hamburg) we passed Magdalena and asked her to join us. She was really skeptic and thought we were kind of freaky idiots as she told us afterwards. :) Anyway she said yes after a while and we did some really nice pictures. She reminds me totally of someone else…..

I just love the “Urban Outfitters” aesthetic. It is always getting me and I feel the need to run to the next store. They transport the lifestyle of the target group in a way that nobody else is doing it. It makes me feel like I want to be part of those people on the picture. Great work. It was king of strange. One house next to my old appartment where I lived 6 years was this nice unexplored off-location.
Crazy, I never saw it before. We were suprise about the party people. It was not as “Hamburg-Like” as we know it. If you have the possiblity to join a “Nude Paper Release“, go for it. We had a nice evening.
Und dann soll noch mal jemand sagen in Hamburg geht nix. ;-)
“Sandqvist” is a label based in Stockholm, Sweden which is designing bags. I love their clean designs. Two new designs are on the market and I think “Carl-Gustaf” will be my new swedish lover. Sorry Philipp! :)
I’m not the tallest person on earth, but while wearing the new “Jeffrey Campbell ” I feel like a little giant. ;) During our stay in L.A. I was really willing to buy the “Opening Ceremony Version” but it wasn’t out at that moment. As I saw the post at “Les Mads” and found this link to “Revolve Clothings“, so here they are. Say hello to the next “Jeffrey Campbells” in my closet.

How nice the “Monki Lookbook for August” is looking again. When I see such a nice lookbook, I don’t feel like “ooohhhh, bad fall is coming faster than I think”. It almost lets me look forward to it. I’m totaly in love with this look. Soft hanging stuff and a really good looking galaxy printed dress…
